| Services Digital Photo Recovery - Have you ever accidentally erased the digital photographs off of your camera's memory card before you downloaded them to your computer? Our Photo Recovery Technology allows us to run a special software application on your camera's memory card to reconstruct your card's memory. As long as you haven't recorded new data over your lost photos, CPS can usually recover the photos on your memory card. If we successfully recover your photographs, we burn them to a CD for you. You only pay if we can recover your data. The cost is only $25.00 - what a bargain for recovering those lost photos! Workshops - Complete Photo Solutions offers Digital Photography and Digital Scrapbooking Workshops at various community education venues. You can also schedule an in-home workshop with a few friends or private lessons in two-hour increments. Order online, or contact us for details. Small Event Photography - Complete Photo Solutions can also be hired to photograph local events. If you'd like us to photograph your event, please contact us for program details and packages. Custom Orders Custom Orders from our Portrait Keepsake Collection take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Standard UPS shipping rates apply UNLESS you have placed your order and arranged for pick-up at one of our retail partner's locations. Please be sure to specify all of your option preferences when ordering items in the Portrait Keepsake Collection. If you are ordering the additional text option, be sure to specify the exact message desired in writing. If text option is ordered incorrectly, alterations are subject to additional customer expense. Digital Photographs in jpg format are preferred and encouraged, and should be uploaded with your online order. If you experience technical difficulty with the site, you may email them to us as attachments. You will incur additional processing charges for print photographs delivered to Complete Photo Solutions (mailing address: 240 N. 12th Street, Ste. #109, PMB #312, CA 93230). Any prints submitted will be returned to you with your order. If no preference specifications are made, the image(s) will be duplicated in the same print finish (color or black & white) as the provided picture. Image cropping may occur (rectangular image to square image, etc.) in order to fit the picture into the product and is at the sole discretion of the artist. Guarantee of Quality No refunds, exchanges, or store credits given on custom or special orders. Non-custom products must be free of defects, or you may return it directly to Complete Photo Solutions with in 30 days of purchase for a replacement or Complete Photo Solutions store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In some cases a small restocking fee may apply.
